Part 2 will move into discussing the mental side of the game, knowing your why, leadership, and goal-setting before allowing attendees the opportunity for a private shop event at lululemon before the store opens. This event will take place at lululemon in downtown Greenville.

The Athlete Mindset is a collaboration between SportPhD and The Movement Doctors. Together, they are hosting a two-part exclusive workshop designed to deliver cutting-edge sport research and expert physical therapy to equip youth female athletes with the tools and knowledge to train smarter, move better, and perform at their best.

Dr. Smith-Rey, SportPhD and Dr. Cleveland, The Movement Doctors are coming together to provide expert insight on both the mental side of the game as well as the physical. Dr. Smith-Rey earned her PhD in Sport and Health Communication from Chapman University and is currently a professor at Clemson University. Dr. Cleveland earned her DPT from MUSC and is the co-founder of The Movement Doctors in Easley. Learn more about each in our about section.
